Yes! Fresh has always included important audio throughout the day. There are no silly additional fees for audio.

For over 20 years Fresh has NEVER lost any tapes (no need for these anymore!), cards or files from weddings. All files are secure stored on RAID systems in multiple locations that keep data safely stored, without any cloud storage. 

Usually about 2h of preparations until about an hour of general dancing at the reception. This typically works out to be about 10h but it depends on your wedding schedule. As schedules rarely run on time, we're always flexible to stay longer if you need it! Any overtime you need is then added to your final balance after the wedding day.

You typically get access to your edited videos online within 30-45 days from the point we receive all required editing info from you, but we guarantee within 90 days, tops!

Of course! You have the opportunity to give feedback to the editor once your draft video is posted in your private gallery. This process is repeated a reasonable number of times until you're happy with how everything looks!
